Chimeric antigen receptor T cells (also known as CAR T cells) are genetically engineered T cells for the development of an artificial T-cell receptor for immunotherapy use. A method of therapy that switches the T cells of a person (a type of cell of the immune system) in the laboratory to combat cancer cells.
T cells are taken out of the blood of a person. In the treatment of certain cancer types, CAR T-cell therapy is being tested. Sometimes called T-cell therapy of chimeric antigen receptors. And “Prasad Research center’s” novel cell therapy with Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T has shown great promise in treating cancer.
